The official birth of this Conference was April, 22nd, 2004, when the first International Workshop on Layered Technologies took place in Maribor, at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Initially the network was operated by local coordinators from individual universities, but from the Fall of 2005, the network’s cooperation has been based on this web-site. Today the RAPIMAN members include over 70 companies and research institutions from Slovenia and abroad.
